We offer handcrafted and CNC wood carving products, including but not limited to wall panels, name boards, pooja units, and custom designs. Product images on the website are for reference only—minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.
3. Orders and Custom Work
Custom orders require a 50% advance payment.
We will confirm order details (size, design, material, price) before starting work
,Delivery timelines vary based on order complexity. Estimated delivery time will be communicated during confirmation.
Once custom work is in progress, cancellations may not be accepted.
4. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or cash (if applicable). Full payment must be completed before final delivery or shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available across India, and shipping costs are calculated based on the location and size of the product. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Please inspect the product upon delivery and inform us within 24 hours in case of any damage or incorrect items.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged during transit or incorrect as per order.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after investigation and verification.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Vishwakarma Wood Carvings. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
